Cancellation Policy
At Origin Nature Journeys, we understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and the suppliers involved in delivering our experiences.
Cancellation by Guest
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@originnaturejourneys.com. The cancellation date will be considered the date on which the written request is received.
Refund Schedule

Any bank charges, payment gateway fees, currency conversion fees, or transaction costs incurred during the booking and refund process may be deducted from the refundable amount.
Tour Rescheduling
Guests may request to reschedule their tour instead of cancelling.
Rescheduling requests made more than 90 days before departure may be accommodated without additional charges, subject to availability.
Rescheduling beyond one year from the original departure date may incur additional costs due to supplier pricing changes and operational expenses.
All rescheduling requests are subject to approval and availability.
Cancellation by Origin Nature Journeys
In the unlikely event that Origin Nature Journeys must cancel a tour due to operational reasons, insufficient participation, government restrictions, safety concerns, natural disasters, or force majeure events, guests will be offered one of the following options:
Transfer to an alternative departure date
Credit towards a future tour
Refund of payments received, where applicable
Origin Nature Journeys shall not be responsible for non-refundable expenses incurred by guests, including but not limited to flights, visas, travel insurance, accommodation booked independently, or other personal travel arrangements.
Force Majeure
No refunds shall be due for delays, alterations, interruptions, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Extreme weather conditions
Epidemics or pandemics
Government restrictions
Political unrest
Strikes or transportation disruptions
Acts of war or terrorism
In such situations, we will make every reasonable effort to offer alternative arrangements, travel credits, or rescheduled departures where possible.
