Ride through quiet rural roads, paddy fields, lakeside villages, forest edges, and scenic hill country while experiencing Sri Lanka’s warm hospitality and rich traditions. Along the way, explore Anuradhapura, Sigiriya Rock Fortress, Kandy’s Temple of the Tooth, and the colonial streets of Galle Fort.
Wildlife is a major part of this journey, with safaris in Wilpattu and Yala National Parks offering the chance to see elephants, leopards, crocodiles, deer, and birdlife. The tour continues through the cool tea country of Nuwara Eliya and Ella before finishing along the southern coast with beaches, fishing villages, and whale watching in Mirissa.

After check-in, complete your bike fitting and tour briefing. The rest of the day is free to relax by the beach, recover from your journey, and enjoy the easy coastal atmosphere of this traditional fishing town. |

Activity: Cycling – 50 km & Wilpattu Jeep Safari Hotel: Wild Wadi Wilpattu Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Begin your first cycling day along Sri Lanka’s scenic west coast. Ride through fishing villages, coconut plantations, salt pans, and quiet countryside roads near Chilaw Lagoon. After the ride, transfer towards Wilpattu National Park for an afternoon jeep safari in one of Sri Lanka’s most important wildlife habitats. |

December to April offers the most favourable weather for cycling, with pleasant temperatures, dry conditions, and clear views across much of the island.

Bicycle & Equipment
Geared bicycles or e-bikes, safety helmets, and essential cycling equipment are provided. A support vehicle carries luggage, spare parts, tools, and mechanical assistance throughout the tour.
Arrival & Departure
The tour starts in Negombo and finishes in Mirissa. Airport pickup on arrival and departure transfer to Bandaranaike International Airport are included.
Fitness & Difficulty
